BOARD OF DIRECTORS' BUSINESS MEETING

The Island Transit Board of Directors' business meeting will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025 starting at 9:30 AM in the Board Room of the Island Transit Operations & Administration Building, 19758 SR 20, Coupeville, WA. This is a hybrid meeting with virtual, phone, and in-person attendance options:



Written public comment should be submitted before 12:00 PM on the Thursday before the meeting. The meeting room is accessible and is open to the public.   • Agendas are posted on our website at least 24 hours before a board meeting.
  • Agendas are subject to change.
  • Meeting minutes are posted on our website after the board formally approves them during the next regularly scheduled monthly business meeting. Draft minutes are not posted.
  • Video and audio recordings are posted on our website 1-3 days after a board meeting.
  • The Island Transit Board of Directors' regularly scheduled business meetings are held on the first Friday of each month. Board meetings start at 9:30 AM.
  • Unless posted otherwise in the local newspaper and/or on this website, in-person meetings are held in the Board Room of the Island Transit Operations & Administration Building located at 19758 SR 20, in Coupeville, on Whidbey Island.
  • Special needs are accommodated upon request. Please provide ample time for us to respond.
  • Board meetings are open public meetings. 
  • Board meetings are typically held with in-person, phone, and virtual Zoom attendance options. Zoom details are posted ahead of time.
